Yes, please. So the package will arrive safely for you. Also this is mandatory from my post office, otherwise they won't send the package.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All purchases are final and I do not accept refunds, returns, and exchanges, unless I made a mistake with your order (eg: I sent the wrong item).

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 until 8 weeks.

Is it possible to upgrade my shipping service from Registered Air Mail to EMS/DHL/Fedex?
Yes, it is possible. Please specify which shipping service you would like at the note option when you purchase the items, email me and I will inform your new shipping fee.
How will the item(s) be packed?
I use plastic to cover the item + thick mounting board ( for artprint ) and wrapped them with bubble wrap to protect it and put them together inside padded envelope.
Will you combine shipping?
Yes, I will, you'll save more in shipping fee.
What's the estimated delivery time and where can I track the package?
I will ship your ready stock order in 1-2 days (Pre-order item refer to shipping time in each listing). Estimated delivery time is 2-6 weeks in this pandemic situation because they limit the flight.

What's the grading system for your enamel pin?
All enamel pins are handmade so please expect if there's minor flaw in the product. I categorize them in two grades:
> A-grade: perfect grade, almost no defect or very minor defect (it's only visible if you look at it very carefully)
> B-Grade: They only consist slight defect such as:
• Small unfilled area
• Small dents or scratches
• Imperfections in the metal plating
• Wrong color fill
They don't consist all of these in one pin, only 1-2 minor defects per pin. You will still get a backing card.
Pre-Order item will get A-Grade pin. All listed pin is also A-Grade, except for the one stated "B-Grade" in the title
What if my package got lost?
• If the last tracking status is in my country, I can help you to file a refund claim to my post office
• If the last tracking status is in your country, you need to file a refund claim to your own post office. I can help you with the docs if you need anything
